It enables users to either provide or request help for a range of needs, including accommodation, transportation, mobility assistance, support for the elderly, lost and found services, or any general assistance required during their pilgrimage.

Can I schedule assistance before arriving in Saudi Arabia?

Yes, download the Labaik app and create an account using your email, or alternatively, sign up with your Google or Apple account. After setting up your profile, you can start offering or requesting assistance. While you are traveling, Labaik will facilitate connections with other pilgrims.
